Clubs Managed by New Leaf

Bonita Bay Club, Southwest Florida’s premier private golf club, is now officially owned by its members. The club offers 90 holes of championship golf, an 18-court tennis and swim center, fitness center, 55,000 square foot clubhouse on site and a second clubhouse at the off-site location of the club's fourth and fifth golf courses.

Bonita Bay East is designed by world renowned architect Tom Fazio and designated as Audubon Signature Sanctuary courses, the Cypress and Sabal at Bonita Bay East offer a pure golf experience within their 1,400-acre natural setting. An extraordinary, lodge-style clubhouse and driving range complete this world-class facility.

Bonita Bay Marina Club, a certified Clean Marina by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, features waterfront dining, 90 wet slips, 330 dry slips, a bait shop, dressing facilities, fully stocked ships store and a variety of social and educational activities ranging from cruising and fishing clubs to theme parties, boat parades and cultural programs.

The Commons Club at The Brooks offers members access to a Beach Club on Bonita Beach, a fitness center, Rosie Spoonbill's restaurant and the Enrichment Center which offers social, cultural and lifelong learning opportunities. The members of The Commons Club at The Brooks completed the purchase of their club in January 2010.

Eagle Trace Golfers Club, a public facility situated on the west bank of the Mississippi River in Clearwater, Minnesota, consists of 18-holes of John Ruggieri-designed championship golf, a 9.4-acre practice facility with driving range and putting greens, 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with banquet rooms, pro shop, locker rooms, screened-in grille and bar.

The Club at Mediterra, named by the Club Leaders Forum as one of American's Top 100 Private Country Clubs, is now officially owned by and under the control of its members. The club features two Tom Fazio-designed championship golf courses, a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse, a Sports Club with tennis, swim and fitness, and a private Beach club on the Gulf of Mexico with an elevated swimming pool, expansive sundeck and indoor and al fresco dining.

Shadow Wood Country Club, an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary, features two Bob Cupp-designed championship golf courses routed around a historic flow way, a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse and nine-court tennis complex. The members of Shadow Wood Country Club completed the purchase of their club in January 2010.

Shadow Wood Preserve's 14,000-square-foot clubhouse overlooks stands of oak trees, marshlands and preserves. The Club offers an Arthur Hills-designed championship golf course, 134-seat dining room, screened patio, men and women's locker and card rooms and a fully equipped fitness center. Shadow Wood Preserve was included in the January 2010 sale of Shadow Wood Country Club and The Commons Club at The Brooks to the membership.

The Club at TwinEagles, host of the PGA TOUR Champions Tour ACE Group Classic from 2003 through 2006, offers members two championship golf courses -- the Talon created by Jack and Jackie Nicklaus and The Aerie designed by Gary Player. The Club is home to the Dr. Jim Suttie Golf Academy, a state-of-the-art facility located adjacent to TwinEagles' 11-acre double-ended practice facility, and features a 47,000-square-foot clubhouse, locker rooms and golf shop. Bonita Bay Group is currently managing the sale of TwinEagles to a third party.

Verandah Club, located along the picturesque Orange River, captures an Old Florida charm with intimate buildings nestled in a dense oak hammock. The Club's facilities include a Golf House with full-service pro shop, a Boat House serving refreshments from multiple decks overlooking the river, the 120-seat Alligator Pear restaurant with open air terrace, and the Bob Cupp-designed Old Orange championship golf course. The Club's second golf course, designed by Jack and Jackie Nicklaus, is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2007. Bonita Bay Group is currently managing the facility in conjunction with a member leadership team.
